Cardano's Dijkstra Upgrade: Parallelism Won't Fix a Missing Ecosystem

Cardano is preparing a major node upgrade. They call it the Dijkstra era. The name is a nod to Edsger Dijkstra, the pioneer of concurrent computing. That's the first clue: this upgrade is about parallelization. But here's the hard truth—parallelism isn't Cardano's problem. Its problem is that nobody is using the parallel lanes.
